To claim the gift card, customers must visit IKEA.ca/gcpromo from April 9, 2026, until June 6, 2026, to provide transaction details which include the IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number, receipt or order number and email. Customer will receive one (1) gift card for their qualifying purchase per IKEA Family/IKEA Business number. All receipt or order numbers must be submitted in one application to obtain a gift card.

In the event of a return or cancellation, IKEA will keep the promotional amount allocated in gift cards and refund the full amount of the returned merchandise back to the original method of payment. If the gift card has been redeemed, partially or in full, prior to the return, the applicable amount of redemption will be deducted from the refund, and applicable points earned from IKEA Family will be deducted from your points balance, based on the value of any returned items.
